支持全球的慈善活动

Supporting charitable activities has always been part of the Leach’s family values. These personal values were brought into ACS by Tina Leach, 我们的创始人之一, who founded our official charity committee in London in 2009 with an established budget that allows us to match funds raised by employees for our chosen charity partners. 

Over the last few years to raise funds we have done everything from skydiving, 赛龙舟, 烤销售, 板材的挑战, 莱佛士等等. All money raised by our employees for one of our charities is matched by ACS.

SINCE OUR 慈善机构 COMMITTEE’S INCEPTION, TOGETHER WE HAVE DONATED OVER £670,000.

2022年，我们成立了地区慈善委员会, consisting of volunteers from across our offices 和 departments in that region. These committees began engaging with fellow colleagues within their regions 和 held their first fundraising events.

除了支持我们自己的慈善机构, our colleagues can request a donation from ACS for a charity they are personally supporting with fundraising activities that they are organising.

We have always informally allowed our colleagues time off work to support local communities 和 charities. In 2022 we formalised this initiative by offering our employees two days of paid leave each year, to encourage them to engage in charitable 和/or community volunteering.

试着对蝙蝠更友好

Close to our London HQ, there is a park that is home to a number of species of bat. They roost 和 feed in the woodl和 close to the office. So light pollution, at certain times of year, is a real nuisance for the bats. 我们正在与一个当地组织合作, “鱼塘之友公园”, to improve the types of lighting around our office to improve life for our nocturnal neighbours.

We have installed a portable defibrillator into the main reception area of our London HQ. This has been registered on “The Circuit” along with St John Ambulance 和 the London Ambulance Service, whereby we are alerted by messages if someone in the local area requires it. By having it available for the local community, we hope we can help save lives.
